FEMALE PRIMARY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE

Primary school students who miss even as little as two school days per month often have difficulty keeping up with their peers academically and tend to fall behind in reading. But when students are able to read complete sentences, which is when they transition from learning to read to reading to learn, they are three to four times more likely to finish secondary school and attend university, post-graduate, or professional development classes than their peers who struggle with reading.

Those who do finish primary school are more likely to have a better quality of life than those who do not finish or didn't even attend primary school.
